(1) Service on finance and taxation.

1. Providing clients with consulting on domestic and international laws, rules and regulations on taxation.

l Conduct consulting on queries on taxation laws, rules and regulations and detailed rules for implementation of taxation and concrete stipulations on some difficult problems.

l Confirm the definitions on taxpayer, objects of tax levying, criterion of tax counting, links of taxpaying, etc.

l Design taxpaying frame, cognize categories of taxes, tax items, and tax rates, guide on procedures in handling of taxation, etc.

2. Acting as an agency for going through procedures in taxation registration and declaration of taxpaying.

l Complete taxation registration for opening business (including cognizance of ordinary taxpayers), registration for amending and withdrawing of taxation.

l Act as an agency for conducting declaration of state tax and land tax payment according to stipulated periods and procedures and submit complete declaration materials for paying taxes.

3. Acting as agency for declaration and handling of tax reduction and exemption.

l Make declaration and handle tax reduction and exemption, drawback, and delay of tax paying of various taxes.

l Define on tax reduction and exemption of business tax of foreign enterprise permanent representative offices and income tax of enterprises.

4. Assuming the permanent advisor of taxation.

l Plan for new enterprise taxation.

l Answer the tax-related questions of enterprises and directing the enterprises on concrete operation.

l Offer latest documents on laws, rules and regulations of taxation.

5. Financial mandate.

l Establish accounts and systems for new enterprises (containing computerization of accounting).

l Act as an agency for keeping accounts and compiling accounting statements and reports.

6. Coordinating and resolving disputes on taxation.

7. Recommending certified accountants offices, offering professional services in aspects of verifying funds, auditing, evaluation, etc.
